I understand that in the event of a switch, I can rescind this agreement within three federal business days from receipt of the contract documents without penalty. I have read and agree to the Electricity Facts Label , Terms of Service and Your Rights as a Customer documents. I authorize Chariot Energy to become my Retail Electric Provider and to perform the tasks necessary to effectuate this choice using the information provided above. I understand that I can print and save these documents. A copy of these documents will be sent to me via email, if provided, or by United States Postal Service or by contacting Chariot Energy at CustomerCare@MyChariotEnergy.com.
